					<description><![CDATA[OK, that tofurky story sounded disgusting... I&#039;ve had my share of faux meats in Asia, where they actually taste quite good - especially the ones that are meant to taste like conch, duck, and pork.
I think they&#039;ve been around much longer in Asia because of the large populations of vegetarian Buddhists (like my aunt).
They are a bit heavy on the gluten though.
