					<description><![CDATA[thanks,its very sweet of you to share, somehow onions tend to scare new cooks, even  savy ones, me, being an Asian Pakistani woman, crisp brown onions all the time for our &#039;korma&#039; and &#039;shorba&#039; and &#039;salaans&#039;, gravy that is.
equally sliced not too thin is the most vital step, and i always deep fry, but keeping an eye is very important as your presence is needed while boiling milk, it just go wild all of a sudden, and onions, too, sizzle to brown from golden in no time.
