					<description><![CDATA[I made this tonight.  It was delicious.  I did a few substitutions because I was out of a few things.  I used choy sum instead of bok choy, chicken broth instead of beef, freeze dried shiitake mushrooms for the portobello, and sukiyaki meat instead of NY steak.  I completely omitted the basil because I didn&#039;t have any.  But it was still delicious.  Oh, I also only had somen noodles, so I used that.  My husband commented that it was like the Vietnamese Pho!  If I had the basil and lemongrass, it would have definitely been like pho!  Thanks for a new recipe in my repertoire!
