					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for your comment, Geoffrey, but I think you might have missed the point.  I lead a healthy lifestyle  because it&#039;s sensible and I care about my body, not because I&#039;m trying to lose weight.  I don&#039;t believe that the things that are &quot;imperfect&quot; about my body are wrong. They are simply different from what society insists is iconically beautiful. Like everyone, there are moments when I might feel down on myself when compared to a girl in a magazine, but the point of this post was to be thankful for the body I have right now, as it is, curves and all.

It really goes along with the victim-blaming that we&#039;re seeing within our society today (although it&#039;s been in play for much longer, I&#039;m sure). Instead of solving the issues by targeting the causes of them, it&#039;s easier for us to blame people for becoming fat, depressed, raped, or abused. You&#039;ve made me grateful for my curves today, too :)
