					<description><![CDATA[Hi Hannah! Thanks! My secret is filling the sink with water, and giving all my greens a big communal bath. Luckily, I have two bays in my sink, so the greens bathe in one side, then get drained into the colander in the other. Once the greens are finished, I use the same water to give my other veggies a quick rub-down. If I prep anything for the week, then the process takes a while longer, but usually I&#039;m finished pretty quickly.
