A Letter From the Universe

Dear Mary,

Welcome to Week Nine. You are full of hormones that make you want to cry and throw up. You are trying not to worry about that mean old blood clot in your uterus.

Oh yeah, don't forget you should have finished your test chapter and recipes by now. Those two jobs must be keeping you busy. it will all be worth it when that maternity leave pays off. Oh wait, you don't have any benefits.

While you are going through this, remember, you are not allowed to drink beer, eat chocolate, have sex, go on long walks or take baths.

Good luck!

Hey, Is your eye twitching? You'd better watch it. Stress isn't good for the baby, you know.
