Prenatal Beauty and Skin Care Recipes From The Natural Beauty Workshop

I've come up with some pretty awesome recipes to take care of my preggo self over the past nine months. Your skin care needs can change drastically during pregnancy. For me, it meant my skin growing more sensitive than ever, and requiring a whole lot of extra conditioning from natural moisturizers.

I'm glad to report that by switching to extra-gentle cleansers, avoiding any traces of dyes and fragrances, and slathering my skin in homemade belly balm, my mama body is looking and feeling great, even at the tail end of the third trimester.

I shared all of my prenatal recipes on The Natural Beauty Workshop. You can check them all out there, but I'll give you a quick rundown of my favorites.
