Get Ready. Design Changes Are on the Way!

I'm about to make some pretty mega changes to ye olde blog – or should I say blogs. You may or may not know it, but I actually have three blogs going under the Mary Makes brand. The first was Mary Makes Dinner, then came Mary Makes Pretty, and finally Mary Makes Babies. That's a lot of blogs! I'm about to pull a presto-chango move and tie them all together in one brand new blog behemouth called Mary Makes Good.

Mary Makes Good

You may have already noticed (if you pay attention to this kind of thing) that I've been changing my social media handles to Mary Makes Good for a while now. Apart from Facebook (which I'm having trouble changing) you'll see everything of mine transition to that name soon – if it hasn't already. If you are having trouble finding me where you usually do, look for @MaryMakesGood.

So what does this massive blog merger mean for my posts? Well, it means that instead of being split up into three different blogs they will all live here under one roof in one big bonanza of over-sharing. I'll be going on about everything from blueberries to babies to decopauge from now on, so get ready.

As for my email subscribers, don't worry. If you signed up for the food blog through MailChimp you will continue to get food posts only. Baby blog subscribers will continue to get baby posts only, and so on. If you'd prefer to start recieving posts from all of my blog categories you can re-subscribe at the following link OR just send me an email at [email protected] letting me know. I'm happy to change the subscription settings for you.

If you subscribe by email using Feedblitz, the feed will start including all kinds of posts – not just food. In that case you may want to wait until the blog moves, then unsubscribe and sign up for the food-only feed here, or just relax and embrace the change!

The biggest change will be the blog's new address. All new posts from now on will post to the main site at www.MaryMakesGood.com. Older posts will still be available at their old links as well as at the new site. (By the way, if you head there now you'll get a sneak peek at the new design getting tested out.)

As always, I am eternally grateful to everyone who takes the time to stop by to check out my little corner of the internet. Thank you so much for your support over the past years and as the site goes through this new transition. It feels a little like a wedding – you know when all the friends from different parts of your life finally meet? What will happen? Chaos? Kismet? There's only one way to find out.

See you on the other side!
