Oh my goodness. Would you look at that cover? I'm not too shy to say it. It's a thing of beauty. Every time I look at this cover I pat myself on the back for insisting on professional photography. After that I thank my lucky stars that I ended up working with someone as amazingly talented as Kimberly Davis. I loved writing my book, but Kimberly's photos make me love reading it again and again and again. Every recipe is photographed – every single one! The book also includes photos throughout the non-recipe chapters featuring ingredients, techniques, and step-by-step tutorials. It's absolute eye candy from start to finish.
So where am I at with the book? Our photos are done. The recipes have been tested, and my manuscript is in. I just handed back what should be the very last round of edits and next week it goes off to the printer! If everything goes to plan the book should arrive in stores in June.
