30 Days With a Grateful Heart: Simple Dog

Day Seven

Gracie

I'm teaching her to owl. (We had to start on something very low. I tried to get her up on a picnic bench, but so far she's not having it.)

She can balance clementines on her head.

Instead of walking, Gracie prances.

She's an optimist by nature.

She gets her kisses where she can.

She enjoys a good nap.

She'll follow me anywhere, but she'd prefer to lead.

She's my best buddy, and I'm very thankful that she found her way into our lives.  She's a good friend, even if she is a simple dog.
